PROCESSING TIME

After your order is processed and the payment falls into our system, the next steps are: separation, packaging and shipping. This process usually takes about 1 to 3 business days.

DEADLINE FOR SHIPMENT OF THE PRODUCT AND TRACKING CODE

You will receive the tracking code in the email registered with the purchase within 7 working days after processing your order.

To track your order, simply enter the Post Office page and paste the tracking code you receive into your email.

As it is an international order, for tracking to be available on the website of the Post Office, there must be a displacement of the product and for this reason, it takes about 5 to 10 business days to be able to view the product tracking.

DEADLINE
The delivery time is estimated from 15 to 35 working days after the order is dispatched. However, adverse factors such as delays in the clearance of the Federal Revenue Service, a postal strike, Covid-19, impossibility of delivery due to climatic factors or areas of risk, national holidays may add a few days to the delivery of the product.

However, most of our customers are receiving their order within 25 calendar days.

There are situations where the delivery of an order can be made in two or more shipments, as the products can be shipped from different suppliers. In that case, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.

SHIPPING WAYS

The products are always delivered by the Post Office, however, in some cases such as absent recipient, region with limited delivery or even incorrect address, the customer may have to pick up the product at the agency closest to his residence.

If the address is not filled in correctly, it is possible that the product will return to the sender. We ask for extra attention when filling in the address. If there is an error in filling in the address and the product cannot be delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.

The Post Office makes three delivery attempts, if they are unable to complete it, the product will be available for pick up at the nearest branch for up to 7 days. After this period, the product returns to the sender.


IMPORTANT NOTES

Any and all imports are subject to bureaucracy and customs taxation. If you receive any extra charges for your order, we will be responsible for such fees. Contact us by email: contato@lojasmamaeursa.com within 48 hours informing the amount paid to the Post Office and attaching a copy of the tax document, which we will return the contact to refund the amounts paid.
